Shift Supervisor

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll need to be passionate too, especially about leading your team, reaching targets, increasing sales, and making sure your team gives exceptional service to every customer.

We’ll also be looking for:

• Hospitality or retail experience 
• Demonstrated sales results
• Desire to develop yourself and others
• Ability to motivate teams to success
• Confidence to execute business operational requirements
• Understanding the importance of meeting targets and driving business growth
• Willingness to get hands dirty and lead by example

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Cash management
• Drive sales and maximise profits
• Lead up to 15 people per shift
• Drive great customer service
• Deliver food of exceptional quality and in-line with strict food safety guidelines
• Motivate your team to achieve key shift targets

 You must have

• Minimum 2 years of similar work experience in supervising or leading a team within the QSR/ restaurant/catering/café industry
• A head for figures, experience managing budgets and targets, and other financial aspects on shift
• Available to start ASAP on a full-time basis
• You can speak English (high level) and write English (intermediate level)  
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS
• Intermediate PC and software knowledge (Excel and Word)
• Excellent money handling and management skills
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Consistently deliver the highest standards of hospitality, quality and cleanliness.
• An ability to work in a safe and inclusive environment, showing genuine care and regards for yourself, your team and our customers.
• Contribute and strive towards achieving the goals and targets of the restaurant.
